<Hi

UKDance.Events welcomes new members to our vibrint selection of dance lessons, courses and social events.

We've released this newsletter on a bright and sunny Sunday afternoon as we know many of you are relaxing and perhaps have time to book a dance event.  Others may be stuck at work and hopefully this mail will give you something joyous to look forward to.

Whichever the case, dance, whether a lesson or social, should be putting a smile on your lips (or something more serious for tango dancers) whilst exercising your body and mind.
Feel happier and heathier by dancing more often.

Our diary of activities is maintained by the hosts themselves, so you know you are getting the choice of the freshest information, often with a special offer for our members.

The hosts add their listings, free of charge, via www.A2Z.Events
If you know a dance teacher or healthy activity provider, please let them know.

We are delighted to report that lessons, workshops, parties, healthy activity sessions from big and small towns across the UK are listed on the network, thus impossible to fit within this simple newsletter.  Please pop onto any site or app in the network for the best local information.

Every week there are special events for you to consider.

Whether it is a ballroom class and afternoon tea dance in Bournemouth or a Supple Strength yoga/pilates session in Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire on a Tuesday, new activities are added regularly, so remember to check whenever you need a fitness fix or just a release of endorphins from dancing.

18th Anniversary at Bar Salsa Soho

Our regional sites, like LondonSalsa.co.uk, feature midweek special events, such as the 18th Anniversary for Metrolatina (salsa and bachata in Soho) on Wednesday and the monthly Thursday salsa social in Holborn

Our network introduces band nights such as this Friday's swing dance in Hampton featuring the the Crawdaddies.

The choice for Saturday evening across the country is significant.

April brings the start of many courses in dance and healthy activities.
For instance an absolute beginners 6-week yoga course in Shipley, Leeds.

The new month also brings monthly socials, like La Perla Milonga in Putney, where the Argentine tango evening on Saturday 6th combines a lesson with social.

Also on that first weekend, choices include the salsa/bachata/kizomba party at Lakeside in Frimley Green, featuring lessons shows and the social,
